There is no stand-down period before receiving your unemployment benefit, redundancy is your compensation from the employer for your past service it is not a fund a department can use to dodge paying you a future entitlement.
If the department needs so many weeks to process you unemployment entitlement, then on re-employment an equal number of weeks will be tax free.

There is no place for fanatical interpretation, these people are being manipulated by evil spirits.
Children are being manipulated by custodial parents as items to "win" some weird competition. The current asset testing scheme used to determine the non-custodial parents contribution is changed to a base rate for each sex and age. A basic budget is figured for each sex and age and the non-custodial parent pays half of that amount as their contribution.
This doesn't stop personal agreements being made for personal circumstances.
