Doing strength training and playing squash in between runs. Back to junior

Dog shit on the footpaths = residents wasting blood. This is the best
thing for me - forcing me to breath properly. At least while running, i.e.
through the nose. Sounds silly, but try telling that to an asthmatic.

squash tournament tonight. So 200 Meters out, really lost confidence in continuing. I guess by keeping on going I have reaffirmed the priority
right now.

Hautapu run has long straight roads, it was to much running into all the
traffic. Undecided how to run now, regarding getting behind my schedule.
Should I run the distance I feel like doing or what it takes to catch up.

A milestone today, as I needed to finish running to have any faith that I
could start the training. Brothers and sisters the deed was done.
Initially I was giving up because of recent health and future commitments.
Then it was The Bear but I just figured if it was only pain, I could run
